ok in short since mister ty could not do it i am cause i read the kingdom hearts manga also

Kingdom hearts manga:

at first glance you think "ohh awsome kingdom hearts manga" the out side has a nice look to it and you think awsome mabye some more story to it. Really in short it was nothing new for people who have played the first game. the story has some new points to it and the story has more words to it all the extra the's and and's lol. the art was really good though the pictures are clear with alot of detail put into them and really is the only thing that made me continue the books. really its stupid and i would not recomend it at all for any gamers out there cause chances are you have played kingdom hearts. buttttt if you have never seen listend to or played kingdom hearts then i recomend it.

story:2/5
art:4/5
Book cover:4/5

T.H.A.W.

That's right, T.H.A.W. the brand new Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. As every new Tony Hawk game seems to be, this one will hold your attention till the end. Unfortunately, the end isn't that far away from the start. It's a little short yes, especially for a game that's supposed to have a free-roaming map.

About that "free-roaming" map that some of you may have heard of, it's not like a city structure like spider-man 2 or GTA. All it means is that their is no loading times when you're moving from level to level.

In this game, you start out as a skater-wannabe from kentucky, yes, kentucky. You get fed up with your life and hit the road for the city that gave birth to skateboarding, Los Angeles. You work your way up from an outcast who doesn't know what he's dealing with, to an amateur with enough respect from the pros to be a pro yourself, all by racking up skill points and strutting your stuff to other skaters.

You will meet the likes of several pros, alot of which have never before been seen in a tony hawk game. This includes the legendary Tony Alva, one of the original Z-Boyz. This is almost as awesome as meeting our other favorite z-boy, Stacy Peralta, in T.H.U.G. Almost, but not quite.

There are slews of new styles of tricks for you to learn. Including Parkour, which is a french style where you just do all the tricks on foot, and it has nothing to do with a skate board, but it does help you get to hard-to-reach places. There is also some old-school freestyle, which includes bert-slides, manual 360's and all that good dogtown stuff. And some of you Matt Hoffman fans will be happy to know that not only is he featured in this game, his ride of choice is also. That's right, you can chuck that board and pick up the Schwinn, because there is the option of BMX in this game which has it's own trick controls that are much different from the skating controls.

While this game holds it's own in every aspect, especially originality, i believe that Tony Hawk's Underground the first still holds the flag for being the best Tony Hawk game to date, but everyone has their opinions.

Controls: 7.5/10
Sound: 9/10
Graphics: 8.5/10

Overall Gameplay: 9/10

Feel Differently? Then all comments are welcomed.

On to the reviews.

Shadow of the Colossus:
This has got to be the best game of the month or maybe even the entire year. It has the basic Zelda idea that you have to save some girl from a horrible fate. I order to do this you must defeat 16 monsters that are never smaller than a bus. The thing about these monsters is that they seem to be just sleeping or hanging out somewhere and you decide to come along and stab them. Even though some monsters seem to put up no fight at all, it's still extremely hard to fight them considering that they are giant puzzles. Every monster also has a weak point and sometimes have more than one (one of them even has one on the palm which is the fricken hardest place to reach). Even if you hate fighting giant monsters, there's still an extremely huge map to explore. Either get on your horse and force it to take jumps off of cliffs, or set off on foot to spend hours looking for stuff to climb especially when you have a big enough grip gauge to climb the tower.

Ragnarok Battle Offline:
Fun to play by yourself, funner to play with a friend, and great to play with a friend and be able to use a game pad. This is a very basic hack and slash that has a lot of things from the online game that make you say "oh, I hate those guys" or "what the hell was that?". Even though it is very basic hack and slash to start out with you still have to level up and gain more skills that they don't even tell you how to use. Good luck finding the game though, I know absolutely no one, besides me, that is capable of getting this game.

Stepmania (on a pad):
Doing it on a pad is pretty damn fun even if you have a screen that's small enough to make you squint sometimes. I noticed that a few people who made pad steps for songs......really sucked at it. I kinda suck at it too, I thought my Rozen Maiden steps would be fun but they just turned out to be boring and repetative. I do really like my Re-Sublimity steps though that are worthy enough to be on ITG as an 11. On another note, I finally finished my Scarlet Sister stepfile, so install stepmania on your comp, head on over to www.ffr.com, go to simfiles, download mine, play it, and review it (be sure to yell at me for overused 32nds).

Ah finally, i have something worthwile and new to review.

In case you didn't know, i personally have been waiting for this game for a long time, being a spidey fan myself.

If Treyarch made you expect something even better than last year's Spider-Man 2, then you won't be dissapointed. The game has you in the shoes of a 15-year-old Peter Parker, and throughout the story will even have you doing missions as the loveable and oh so huggable Venom. The map is actually larger than Spider-Man 2's very extensive take on manhattan, because now, you can can cross the famous Queen's Borough Bridge and be the King of Queen's yourself. And don't worry, for those of you who have a low enough I.Q. to get lost in a sand-box video game, there's a map, but if you're too stupid to use that, well... I can't help you, but i'm sure some institute can.

What is the one thing that makes you feel closest to any comic series? The comic itself, and you will feel like you are a part of the comic when you're swinging around in perfect USM likeness, Treyarch made sure of that with their new "3D Inking Technology" which shadow's the game just like in a comic, but will still conform to all movement, enviroment, and time of day. Not to mention the cut-scenes are done in moving panels, so it looks like a live action comic. And with the biggest roster of heroes and villians ever seen in a Spider-Man game, you should be in comic and gaming heaven all at the same time.

As if all this weren't enough, after you kick Venom's ass for the fourth and final time to beat the game, you switch between Venom and Spidey at anytime. Keep in mind though, when you start throwing cars as Venom, it will start a kind of destruction game, where you have to rack up as many points as possible by creating as many explosions and killing as many people as possible. There is no time-limit, So you might be thinking 'so how the hell do i lose?!' well, it's simple, in a likeness of gta, the more destruction you cause, the more people come after you. First comes the police, then comes S.H.I.E.L.D., then comes S.H.I.E.L.D with Choppers, then with jetpacks, and so-on until they bring your monster ass down. The game seems to go by fast, but it still took andy and i several hours, it just feels fast if you just go through the story-mode flat-out.

It's worth the money, so go out and get yourself a copy. I've already played and seen the game to the end, and i'm still gonna buy it.

i'm a little phsyched right now. I just found out that i'm actually partially heavy already on ddr. Yeah, yeah, i suck, tell it to someone who cares. I still can't help but feel good about it though.

I'm really not helping this community pick itself up, i haven't been able to get my hands on any new games recently, so i really have nothing to review these days. I should probably get a subscription to gamefly. That would give me some really good resources.

Oh well, hopefully i find the other side of this rut at some point. till then, i'll just be taking reviews from people on the community with better resources, so feel free to post any review you deem necessary. i'll be back in the reviewing game at some point.

I should be doing homework.....but I'm not.

When there's nothing to do in the morning why not review something that almost no one I know knows what it is.

Tsukuyomi Moon Phase:
Vampire animes are pretty cool to me. Hellsing was nifty and Tsukihime was fun but strange. Then there's this. They got got the feeling of vampires down pretty well and I thought that Hazuki (main vampire.....child) was good despite the fact her voice sometimes reached the point of "hey, that's my ear that's bleeding". Hazuki appeals to me mostly because she wears cat ears and she's like anywhere from 12 to 14 years old (lolicon!). Next subject, they called sucking blood "kissing" which is understandable because it looks like that only blood is drawn and the other person doesn't enjoy it every time. Then there's the comedy in the series which I thought they did pretty well, especially near the end. They have a ton of jokes at their disposel since there are quite a few things you can do with a people that sucks blood every full moon. The only joke that was infamous and sometimes annoying was whenever someone had a "blunder" and pan would fall out of the sky and smack them on the head. This was all in good taste until they started using it during fight scenes that were really serious. Finally, the series kinda just ended without complete resolving of the problem at hand, but they did finish the "love" story even though it seems like a couple that just constantly argue about pointless things, like whether a shikigami is wearing underwear or not.

Touhou doujinshi:
Totally downloaded by accident, but totally worth it. some of the ones I got put loli into its purest form with two little girls, um, experimenting a bit. Even though the series already seems loli itself they can still go farther by making them about 4 years old. There's also the weird thing that no matter what doujinshi I look at they always have Remilia and Flandre (or vampires in general) with manly parts. Whether it be by a magic spell or they were apparently born with it, they never fail to make me go "what are they doing to my favorite character?" and if the two vampire girls are not in it they choose a random character and apply that feature to them (Like Cirno....*shudder*). Not all of it is explicit content though, every once in a while I'll get one where there's some random goal involved or a story that the creator never "told". The point is it entertains me to no end.

To math!
